The Aims and Objectives of Kundan Vidya Mandir are to
develop among the students
1) Habits, attitude and quality of character which will enable them to assume the responsibility of leadership in social, political, cultural, industrial, economic and scientific fields when they enter life.
2) The capacity of clear thinking, clarity in speech and writing and a respectivity to new ideas.
3) A spirit of descipline,cooperation, tolerance habits of industry, self-control, and courageous perservance in the face of difficulties.
4) Reference for what is noble i.e. to teach them to be ready for self-sacrifice to strive their atmost for purity and truth to faster in them a strong sense of duty, and to instill in them the considerisation and respect for others which must be the foundation of unselfishness and the true basis of all good manners
5) Vocational efficiency i.e. students must acquire a yearning for perfection and learn to take pride in doing everything as thoroughly as they can, so that in the years to come, their personal productive capacity in the economic field may be maximum.
